Salvatore G. Scro, Esq.

Salvatore G. Scro is a partner at Tannenbaum Scro and practices primarily in its construction litigation, civil litigation, business and real estate sections.

His areas of concentration include civil and construction litigation, real estate and business litigation, real estate transactions and closings, business matters, personal injury and marital and family law.

Mr. Scro received his undergraduate degree from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York in 1984 and his juris doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan in 1987.

He is admitted to the New York, Washington, D.C. and Florida Bars and is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Scro began his practice in Syracuse, New York in 1988 and continued his practice until relocating to Florida to join the law firm of Levin Tannenbaum. His New York practice concentrated in areas, among others, of corporate and business, real estate, marital and family and civil litigation. In addition to his law practice, in 1991, Mr. Scro began Scro Real Estate Corporation, a real estate brokerage company dealing in primarily in residential real estate listings and sales. Mr. Scro emphasized as a paramount method of operation of Scro Real Estate Corporation, the best interests of its clients. No deal was too big to lose if it interfered with the client’s interests. To that end, Mr. Scro was able to represent and counsel buyers and sellers in real estate transactions to assure that their interests were protected.

Mr. Scro had served as arbitrator of civil litigation cases in the Syracuse City Court, New York.

In 2006, Mr. Scro relocated to Florida and joined the firm and has concentrated and successfully represented clients in complex construction litigation matters. Mr. Scro’s other areas of practice include corporate and business, real estate, personal injury and marital and family law. In 2010, Mr. Scro became a partner of Tannenbaum Scro.

Mr. Scro’s other areas of interest include basketball, snow skiing and jet skiing. Mr. Scro had coached boys high school basketball and has coached at Jim Boeheim’s Syracuse University Basketball Camps. He has and continues to referee high school basketball and serves on the Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast Basketball Officials Association.
